• Refunds: If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Returns: Only accepted for damaged, expired, or incorrect items. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
• Non-returnable items: Perishable goods or items opened/used are not eligible for return.
